Nice big house very close to main town of Damascus and only about 15-20 minutes from Gaithersburg/Germantown. The two rooms we have available are are a decent size and are well kept (not furnished) . 2 full bathrooms are shared. A sunroom, large library, and large family room are all shared living space as well as a large backyard & unfinished basement/workout room. Both the family room and the backyard have a fireplace/fire pit. Utilities+internet is $150 a month.
About the roomies
Two brothers (27) both working in Germantown/Gaithersburg area. We’re both pretty clean and easy to get along with.
