The building is in a pretty active area (Flagler Village). Theres a few decent bars in the immediate area and if you don’t mind walking, Las Olas & 2nd street are within walking distance. 20s-30s is the average age range of the area.
About the roomies
During the week i wake up very early and get to bed before 9pm. The weekends is dependent on what’s planned. I keep the common area clean, I don’t have people over during the week, and I am a fairly relaxed person.
I’m looking for a roommate who can live with that + will clean up after themselves.
The new lease starts 6/1/23 and lasts for 13 months. I’m looking for someone who can commit to the entire lease.
