Cardinal Lane

Hello everyone! I’m hoping to find 2 people to move into the wonderful house I’ve lived in for the past 2 years as my current roommates are moving out (one moving in with his partner, the other moving back home to California).

It’s a 3 bed 2.5 bath located just off of South 1st street and about a mile north of 290. It has a 2 car garage, small front yard, modern appliances and an open floorplan for the downstairs living/kitchen area. I own a squat rack that’s located in the garage and am totally fine with my roommates using it whenever they please.

The two available rooms are upstairs, identically sized and nearly identically laid out and the upstairs bathroom that those rooms share have jack and jill faucets with plenty of drawer and cabinet-under the sink space.

The rooms are available starting 4/15 and I’m also open to finding 1 roommate at a time so if you on your own think you’d want to live here and would be comfortable sharing the upstairs bathroom then give me a shout and we can figure something out! The rent for each room is $1300, additionally we’ll be signing a new lease and I believe the landlord will have anyone signing it go through an application process with a small fee, ~$50 if I recall correctly.

The shared spaces are fairly unfurnished so if you have stuff that you don’t want to throw out, there will be room for it!

I’m a 32 year old former advertising professional turned web developer with a 15 year old chow-shepherd mix named Tucker. I cook a few times a week and work from home and am generally a clean, respectful and quiet roommate.
