I am renting a private room + shared bathroom in a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Nampa. The house is located 5 minutes away from Downtown Nampa. Walmart and major retailers are 5-10 minutes away, too.

The room is unfurnished. I am looking for a quiet, respectful and organized person. I am looking to share my home with someone who has a clean background (we will run a background check). And also, someone who likes a clean and peaceful home.

I am 36 years old and have a 13-year-old son. His mom and I co-parent, so he stays with me about half of the week. I also have 2 cats and a small dog, so unfortunately, no more furry friends are allowed.
