It is very private and quiet located on a private road on 5 acres with fruit trees and green grass. This is a upstairs room. You have 3 roomies downstairs that do not share our space upstairs. This beautiful space has a huge deck that boasts beautiful furniture and views. You have a fenced in front yard off of the main entrance with a mini farm facing us! You have water views and farm views! Super fun! Your private areas include a desk off of the kitchen, a large bedroom, your own private bath with a shower and a closet off of the bath. Our common areas that we share are a custom kitchen ( newly remodeled) and a living room, dining room and large deck and porch. Please excuse the Christmas decorations in the photos! It makes it look cluttered……Christmas was spectacular though!
I am a single female with a 9 year old dog. I go back and fourth between here and Scottsdale. Please note: I am flexible on the amount of time that you need to stay. Minimum 30 days. I do require a written 30 day notice. I am looking for a roommate to share my space upstairs. The 3 downstairs roommates do not have access to our space. I have been a exercise instructor most of my life. I recently have started a business called, ‘SWEATBAND’. Property management is my secondary profession and that business is called. ‘BEAUTIFUL GEM’ I have learned that having roomies is way more fun then living alone. I I go back and fourth between Scottsdale and here and my Scottsdale roommate is a perfect roomie! She is a hairdresser in Scottsdale. We are now besties and you may call her for that referral! Although, most of you I barely even run into because the house is so big. I look forward to meeting you. My new attorney I met on this site. He was a roomie with my son in Scottsdale during the Covid pandemic…. Being a roommate means that I have to be able to share everything. I do this very well and have had roommates now consistently since 2015. But, it is not for everyone. I enjoy a house being full and the benefits that come from it. The roomies downstairs are one male and one female. The male is a dog trainer! If your lucky you will get to meet their dog Dixie! When you ask her to talk shit she does! And I’m not kidding the dog talks! The female is a artist recently moved here from Alabama. The current roomie moving out is being deployed so military welcome! He would give a great reference if needed…
