This is for somebody who’s looking for %100 independence and privacy since the roommate will not have access to the house and kitchen only patio and it’s private large bedroom.

Full access to the laundry room included ( must buy your own detergent )

Orkin Pest control services every other month inside the house; all bedrooms and bathrooms and outside patio included.

The full background check through the HOA is $175.00 and you will get a parking decal.
