My sister and I moved in about two months ago and we love this location! We are both from Georgetown. We are both very clean and organized. My sister is a bartender and I am a server and graphic designer. I go to bed early and get up early and she goes to bed late and gets up late, however, we make it work! We both love to be outside whenever the weather is nice. We would like a roommate that cleans up after themselves after cooking or making a mess. Someone that is not too loud and won’t have a ton of people over all the time. We prefer someone who is really friendly, considerate, and respectful of our shared space. We also expect everyone to do their part to keep our space clean!
