About the room
Nice unfurnished room with a spacious closet. Located on the West side of the house so you won’t be woken up by the sun, but the room does catch some pretty incredible sunsets. I’ll have a garden in the summer months in the small yard, feel free to grow something as well! A parking spot is included! It is located in a quiet area, a 15-minute drive from downtown, and just a few minutes from the lake.
About the roomies
I am the other roommate, along with my two dogs – two pets are the limit, also allergic to cats : WFH, so there is no AM rush to get ready! Currently don’t have a car, so the parking spot is all yours. Listen to music while I work and will watch something on the TV at night. (Roku FTW)
