Mike's room

I have had this 2bd 2ba with a garage since around December time. It’s located in South Austin, 11 minutes from the capital. Looking to possibly fill the extra room for the remainder of the lease (this December) and I will most likely be renewing. 1200 is flat rate , everything included . The room comes with a 14“ memory foam queen bed and bedframe, end tables and walk in closet. You will have your own bathroom and we will share laundry room. Layout is ideal with both rooms on opposite sides with kitchen living room splitting them. I have fully loaded kitchen and living room and currently building a bar. Currently have Google fiber 2tb. I rebuild classic cars and motorcycles in the garage but will be selling my car soon so will have a lot of space downstairs. Plenty of storage in the outside storage closet on the balcony.

I am a 27 y/o Marine Corps Veteran who goes to the gym, works in tech sales and enjoys having company over for low key weekends. I live with my 4yo red heeler pup, Mila. We keep our place clean and expect our roommate to do the same. If you are open to meeting new friends and having a beer after work on the back of a flatbed truck then we will probably be a good fit.
