I have one furnished room available for rent in my four-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath split-level home in Stone Mountain. The rooms are available immediately and share a bathroom. Requirements to move in is first in last month’s rent

• I have two friendly large dogs, Rocky (60 lbs) and Cookie (70 lbs), so you must be okay with dogs
• Prefer no additional pets
• Looking for tenants who prefer minimal traffic in and out of the house
• Seeking clean and responsible tenants who are willing to contribute to keeping our home tidy
• Creating a drama-free and peaceful environment, where home is your sanctuary

Tenant Requirements:

• Proof of income: Bank statements for at least three months
• Background check required

Kitchen and Household Supplies:

• We share common kitchen items such as seasonings, paper towels, Ziploc bags, etc.
• Each tenant is responsible for their own food items

Rent and Availability:

• Rent is $700 per room per month
• Utilities are split evenly among all occupants of the home

Additional Information:

• Street parking available in a cul-de-sac, with occasional access to the driveway on weekends
• Neighborhood is large with multiple entrances
• Laundry room available with all supplies provided; tenants are responsible for their own laundry and contributing to keeping the area tidy
