Prep Street

The house is a two bedroom one bath with an open floor plan. The house has all new furniture including the mattresses in the bedrooms. I will loan you sheets temporarily but you need to buy your own sheets. The bed is a queen size bed. The house is twelve hundred fifty square feet. Also I have on-site washer and dryer. There is a deposit of $200. The deposit will be returned upon leaving with no damage to property. If you decide you would like to move in then a background check will be done and paid by you. If you still move in I will reimburse you for the background check. People make mistakes and I do understand that so just be honest with me up front. You need to have a proper ID and provide references. You must have your own transportation. I cannot and will not have any illegal activity in or outside the home. That includes drugs. Only two people will be living here. Myself and whoever moves in.

Current roommate is moving to Utah on the 13th of December. I hate the fact that he’s leaving but people do move on. I have two small dachshunds. I am a recovering alcoholic and addict, also a veteran and am retired. People drinking around me does not bother me I just don’t like drunks. I do not like drama. I don’t like people who are miserable or constantly complaining about anything and everything. I like people who are uplifting and are happy in life. I do smoke and am trying to quit. I like to keep my house clean. I am a good cook. I don’t care about people’s sexual orientation or race. I am straight. I’m not concerned about your religion or nationality. I am a people oriented person. I really like people. I like to hear their stories about life and what the goals are. And whenever I can I like to help people achieve their goals. I like helping people.
