Nice quiet unfurnished bedroom in 2-bedroom apartment for rent. Utilities included in rent. Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. No marijuana or drugs of any kind allowed and no pets. Cigarette smoking allowed outside only. No parties of any kind and please I do not allow different people in and out of my place. If these few simple rules can be followed, we will get along just fine. Must be actively employed or in college with income to pay your rent on time each month.
