Hey there.

I’m the homeowner of a new 2019 built 3bed/2bath home where I want to rent all rooms, including the master bedroom. Two rooms are available starting February 1st and another in April. The garage is pretty spacious for two cars and other random items that can be added. The yard is pretty spacious as well and kept clutter clean. I have a washer, dryer, and dishwasher available for use. Rooms are not furnished (we can discuss this). I’m looking for other young professionals/responsible adults who seek a peaceful life. It is ideal to rent out the other rooms to laid-back people.

I’m a 26-year-old guy and I like to spend my free time reading, being physically active, going to the gym, and enjoying mostly outdoor activities. I like to travel. I spend my time between Kyle and North Austin, throughout the week, where I work as an RN. I have no pets or kids.

The other roommate is also a 26-year-old guy who likes to spend his free time on his own doing this like being at the gym and cooking and is mostly gone through the day for work. His lease is up soon.
