This is the perfect place for students attending CSUSB who value their privacy. It’s just a 10-minute walk or a 1-minute car ride to Cal State University San Bernardino. Utilities, including fast internet, are included in the price of $740-$780 (depends on the room size). The rooms come furnished with a queen-sized bed, desk, and light stand, and you can use the AC and heater 24/7. If you prefer an unfurnished room, we can accommodate your request.

Our residence is a friendly and peaceful environment, and all of our current residents are CSUSB students. We currently have three available rooms, and we welcome anyone from CSUSB to join our community!
