Kat's room

We have a large backyard and are cool if you have any animals! The $750 covers all charges per month besides the one time deposit of $500 for any accident that may occur but you will get it back if there are no damages.

There is a shared bathroom, fridge and laundry station area between you and one other roomie. We have decent sized kitchen that is for everyone. We have an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, small air fryer, rice cooker and toaster that are all welcome to use.
