One unfurnished bedroom available in a fantastic 3-story, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house in Menlo Park. The location of the house is close to everything and it’s in a very safe neighborhood: 8 minute drive to Meta (Facebook), 15 minute drive to Google, 15 minute walk (or 5 minute drive/bike) to University Avenue/downtown Palo Alto. The house is clean and new (built in 2011), on a quiet street, has good storage, and comes with a washer/dryer. It also has a patio with built-in Viking grill, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and granite slab counters.

The available room is on the second floor. It is spacious (11x13ft) with high ceilings and a large closet; it can easily fit a queen size bed and a desk with room to spare. It has multiple windows and gets tons of natural light. The full-bathroom will be shared with one other housemate, but there is an extra half-bathroom downstairs, so waiting should never be an issue.

We’re 3 friendly guys in our mid- to late-20s. Two of us work in tech, and the third works in a nearby theater/music venue. We usually work in-person, but occasionally some of us will work from home.
