Location is superb - super easy access to the Woodlands’ attractions and IH 45. This room is located in Oak Ridge North just right across the highway from The Woodlands Mall.

The room is located on the second floor. The restroom is a shared restroom. Restroom is kept clean and tidy.

You will have full access to the common spaces (kitchen, living room, back yard, dining) and parking will be available for you (1 vehicle).

Please be responsible, clean, and drug free. Must be able to easily afford paying rent, and won’t be late doing so. No kids, no pets.

I am a 24 year old male who works in tech. I work from home. There is another 24 year old male who works in medical sales, and a 28 year old male who works as a teacher at a local school. The house is very clean, and is usually very quiet.
