Hello! Looking for a roommate to sublet from one-six months in a three bedroom one bath apartment in Lower East Side on the edge of civic center, Chinatown, and Tribeca. Apartment is fairly updated and has a live-in super, virtual doorman, and really gorgeous exposed brick and bathroom! You would be roommates with two other responsible, respectful, and clean people. There is no fee to sublet the apartment but we do require a half month’s rent deposit and a $100 cleaning fee to professionally clean the space. No laundry in building, laundromat/laundry drop-off is half a block away.

I am a young professional and scientist in my twenties who would love to be friendly with roommates, but will generally do my own thing and enjoy my private time in the apartment. Would love to go explore restaurants, museums, and music venues with potential roommates on occasion, but will usually be pretty busy. Would love a quiet apartment, and will usually spend time with people outside of the apartment. Utilities are included and room comes furnished with a full sized bed, free standing shelving unit, desk, and a chair! We are also able to provide sheets, pillows, and a towel, and look forward to hearing more from you!

I am a female twenties professional and my other roommate is a professional male in healthcare, and we are both friendly although pretty independent, too! Room available Apr 15, preference given to those working in the office or hybrid as both roommates are currently remote (I am a grad student at JHU and roommate works in data science/health)
