160th Avenue Northeast

I have a room available in Redmond Place apartments at 8935 160th Ave NE Redmond starting in May. The apartment is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 1300 square feet. 2 of the bedrooms are smaller, 10’8“ x 9’8“. And one of the bedrooms is a suite and sized 12’4“ x 13’1“. The rate is $2795 meaning each of the three roommates would pay around $950 per month. Currently we have an arrangement where the person in the suite pays extra for electricity, we can discuss that when the roommates are settled. It is right next to Bella Bottega shopping center, meaning easy access to QFC, Bartell drugs, Mod Pizza and more. Both my current roommate and myself are CS students in a nearby college. We only ask to you be reasonable for us both and not be too loud late in the night when we both might need to be asleep for early classes the next day. Message me if you are interested.

All of us are pretty chill. One of us will be working from home and another is a student. So our only requirement is that everyone involved not be too loud or noisy late into the night
