This charming 1930’s 2 bedroom 2 bath home is off 16th and Thomas st. Located in the historic neighborhood, Coronado. This home offers easy access to the I10, hwy 51, Downtown Phoenix, Sky Harbor Airport and light rail.

The Master bedroom is currently available with ensuite bathroom (currently not pictured) Full bath and shower. Internet included except for gas, water, electric. Uncovered parking in front lot available.

Pest control, internet and lawn services are included in the rent.

This home is fully furnished. Master bedroom can be furnished (bed and dresser) upon request.

Common areas are full kitchen, dinning and living. There is a large patio in front behind a privacy wall which include a gas grill and fire pit. This house will be shared with one other person (myself).

I’m a mostly a homebody. When I am home I usually keep to myself in my room. But I also enjoy being social and spending time out on occasion. Trying to get out and explore Phoenix more.

Discovering new places and trying new things is something I enjoy doing. Trying to get out of homebody mode!

I’ve been in phx for 2.5 years now.

I currently work from home and will have my work set up in the common area (Temporarily).

What I’m look for in a roommate: Someone who has some of the same interest and also is a person who is positive, fun, and wants to live in an overall warm and social environment. Maybe a travel/going out buddy?! I’m extremely laid back, and easy going. Nothing bothers me much but if anything comes up I’ll be sure to have a respectful, mature conversation about it.

Having common spaces clean and open communication is a must.
