Ranch with 1968 squ.ft. upstairs .I have 2 rooms to choose from.The 1st room has a walk-in closet, large. room is 22 x 18 with a large window and air conditioning and ceiling fan ,this room should be painted,will be roomies choice of color . 2nd room is 12x15 with a window and air conditioner and a closet.Roomies choice of which one and I’m okay with pets but prefer small ones,singular please . property is a woodsy setting with over 7 acres of surrounding woods and 2 acre strip mine pond,I’m all about nature. Bonfires occasionally, No neighbors and in a secluded setting. Long driveway with covered parking for one vehicle.Shared large kitchen and shared very large living area. I have not verified myself because of the financial burden I am facing currently. This I apologize for.

I don’t have any current roomies. I’m just listing this now since my son and my ex-wife moved out and could really use some financial assistance to help keep my home, so why not share.
