Ranch with 1968 squ.ft. upstairs .I have 2 rooms to choose from.The 1st room has a walk-in closet, large. room is 22 x 18 with a large window and air conditioning and ceiling fan .2nd room is 12x15 with a window and air conditioner and a closet.Roomies choice of which one and I’m okay with pets but prefer small ones,singular please . property is a woodsy setting with over 7 acres of surrounding woods and 2 acre strip mine pond,I’m all about nature. Bonfires occasionally, No neighbors and in a secluded setting. Long driveway with covered parking for one vehicle.Shared large kitchen and shared very large living area. I have not verified myself because of the financial burden I am facing currently. This I apologize for. Honestly, what I’m really looking for is a live-in helper. Maintaining this property takes more than one person, and if help is provided we can possibly work on adjustment of rent but that’s only if help is provided. Everything is on the good faith method.

I don’t have any current roomies. I’m just listing this now since my son and my ex-wife moved out and could really use some financial assistance to help keep my home, so why not share. Like I brought up previously I’m really looking for a live-in helper. Must be a good faith person.
