The apartment is a fully renovated 2-bedroom/2-bathroom (1,071 sq. ft.), on the 12th floor, in the heart of downtown Stamford. There is a balcony. The two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment, with large windows and large closets. There is a washing machine & a dryer in the apartment.

I will furnish the common areas (e.g., TV, chairs, table, couch). You can add things to it if you wish. You will need to furnish your own bedroom.

The building has a fitness center, business center, club house, heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, and outdoor patio with BBQ. Parking garage is available for a low monthly fee ($50). There is a free shuttle to the train station. Please note that this is a smoke-free residence.

I am a 28-year-old, French-American woman. I work hybrid as a Clinical Trial Assistant in a small pharmaceutical company in Stamford. I am quiet, clean, and respectful. I like to work out, watch shows/movies, listen to music, play board games, and just chill in the evenings or go out. I love to cook and bake. I like to travel. I am easy to get along with, very friendly and I love to laugh.

I am looking for a female roommate, about the same age (in their twenties or thirties), to share the apartment with. I will be new to Stamford so I am looking for a roommate that I can become friends with, go out with, and meet new people together.
