Nic's room

I’m renting out 2 rooms in my 3 room house. Each room would $800. My other roommates are both leaving at the same time. The house is in a nice neighborhood with a cidery down the street that gets the road pretty busy on Saturday nights. The house comes with a decent size backyard and garage for storage. Parking would be on the street. The bathroom would be shared by both tenants.

I work 4 days a week in manufacturing. I’d be gone most of the day those days. I have a cat and like to keep a chill house most of the time.
