Mac's room

One private bedroom with a private bathroom available in a beautiful newly remodel 2b2b River front condo. There is a living dinning room, kitchen, laundry, and balcony river view for the common area. We keep all the things in the common area clean and irganized for others in the house. Clubhouse included with heated pool, hot tub, sauna, dock for fishing, and tennis court as well. We will love an easy going, clean, non smoking, quiet, professional, retire, or student individual. Everything is included. Parking included. Public transportation, restaurants, bank, grocery store, and pharmacy just across the street. Totally furnished, just need your personal belongings.

We travel a lot and stay periodically in the 2nd bedroom 2nd bathroom. Condo is fully furnished. TV in the balcony. We are quiet and reserve. No smoking.
