Northeast 78th Street

ROOM AVAILABLE- JULY 1st 2023 or mid-June 2023 (FEMALE Preferred, single occupancy please!!)  We are looking to fill our third and final room in this cozy 3 bed, 2 bath home. Located in Vancouver, WA. (Hazel Dell). The room being advertised is the primary bedroom, complete with a small walk-in closet and private bathroom (shower, no tub). Comfortably fits a queen bed, end tables, a TV stand & TV.  I am moving out in mid-June to attend nursing school, so unfortunately I have to leave my spacious and comfortable bedroom. I am looking for someone to sublet from mid-June or July 1st until September 30th. As previously mentioned, the future tenant will sublet through me until September 30th, when the lease ends. At that time, if the person is a good fit with the other occupants of the house, they may have the opportunity to renew the lease. Per our lease- we can’t have any more pets (as we have two sweet cats)  Bedroom available: $820 + Utilities, private bathroom (utilities include: electric, water, trash, and wifi)

The house is shared with two other women in their mid-20s-early 30s, both working professionals, and two cats. One housemate is a grad student working toward a counseling degree, and the other is a bank teller. We have the occasional movie night, and we often hang out while cooking dinner or relaxing in the living room. Preferably, the new housemate would enjoy getting to know the others and socializing a bit.
