Tons of great restaurants and bars and venues in the neighborhood! Two Trader Joe’s and a Whole Foods in walking distance! The apartment a spacious two stories, with a large and open living room downstairs. The room available is the primary bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and private balcony. There are laundry machines in the basement that use an app, there is also a coin-op laundromat around one corner and a dry cleaner’s around the other! There is a small covered balcony/sitting area on the first floor of the apartment, as well as a communal rooftop patio with a view of the Hollywood sign.
