Renting half of a side-by-side duplex, landlords live in the other half. Quiet neighborhood, easy transit, shopping center couple blocks away, and right off the highway. I sound like an ad but uh. Genuinely this area has been really nice so far. You would be taking over part of the lease which is up end of June and potentially signing on for another year after that.
