Live in luxury 530 feet from the beach. There are two rooms for rent in this large 4 bedroom house with hot tub (1700$ for the room downstairs with private bathroom, and 1400$ for the other room upstairs). Large bedroom on second floor has a small view of a patch of the ocean and a bathroom off the hallway . Large closet behind mirrors. Parking in driveway. The downstairs bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and private entrance. Large kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances, Viking Fridge, Wolf gas stove. Washer and drier. Share house with owner. Might in the future have one more housemate. Pay 50% of utilities and internet (or 1/4 if four people live in the house). Month to month lease. Small garden outside with fountain and hot tub. Hot outdoor shower or rinsing off after the beach.
