Lupe's room

Master bedroom available for rent starting April 1. All people welcome especially students since I’m currently going to school. Master bathroom has its own bathroom and closet. Common spaces available such as kitchen and living room. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer. As well as a shared garage parking.

I’m a csun senior and am majoring in child development. My old roommates are moving out to be close to family or financial reasons. Would love to have another roommate(s) who are clean, responsible and considerate of our own spaces.
