About the room
ABOUT THE PROPERTY: The guest has full access to the apartment. There is an additional unit touching, however there are no doors connecting the two units.
The unit includes, full bathroom, washer/dryer, private fenced in backyard, kitchenette (excluding a stove) and a build in desk/work station.
Both units have complete privacy, which include separate backyards, bedrooms, kitchen, laundry rooms, etc. There is a large driveway, and I ask that you utilize the paved side. The other tenant is asked to use the gravel.
LOCATION: The apartment is located in the a fantastic location. It is less than a mile from Avondale’s Downtown, less than 3 miles from Downtown Charleston and about 10 miles to Folly Beach. Best of all, it is just a few minutes walk to Whole Foods.
For those not familiar with the area Avondale’s neighborhood offers restaurants, bars, shopping and more.
MISC: The apartment can come fully furnished for an additional cost.
About the roomies
The other people living at the property are transient so you will likely not interact much.
