Semi-private basement level space for rent in NW Loveland home on quiet cul de sac. The space for rent includes:

• Two private bedrooms (10’ x 15’, 12’ x 12’). One bedroom can come furnished if tenant desires.
• One private bathroom w/ two sink vanity, shower and lots of storage.
• Semi-private basement level living room. Living room can come furnished if tenant desires.

Spacious kitchen, basement level laundry room, two-car garage and large fenced backyard are shared spaces. 10min drive to Old Town Loveland. 25min drive to Old Town Fort Collins.

Length of lease is flexible (3, 6, or 12 month), although a year-long lease is preferred, starting June, July or August 2024. Rent includes water/sewer, gas, electricity, trash and internet.

Ideally I’m looking for one roommate, but am open to leasing the basement to two people if the fit is right. Monthly rent would be increased for two tenants.
