I’m renting out a room in my clean, quiet, and cute lil apartment in University Heights. I have lived in several different homes in SD and this has truly been my favorite for so many reasons. Amazing neighbors, walkable neighborhood, great landlords, plenty of parking, tons of natural light, I could go on and on! Both bedrooms share a wall as well as a shared bathroom so I am looking for someone with a similar lifestyle and living habits and to ensure this remains a safe space for all. :) The credenza and dining table are my former roommate’s so I will need to replace them - FYI! I also apologize for the messy bedroom photos, she is in the middle of moving but I still wanted to show the space! Move in date flexible, between now and June 1st, but I must have an applicant ready to reapply with me ASAP - preferably by the beginning of April. Deposit and good credit score required! You will be on the lease with me for both of our legal protection. :)

I’m a laid back & courteous working professional who has lived in SD for 6+ years. I currently work from home with my extremely sweet and well trained pup, Millie. I’m a very CLEAN, quiet, reliable, & courteous roommate and am seeking the same! I would love to have a roommate who would like to share meals together, play games, take walks with the pup, etc. but also respect each other’s alone time. Also ideally looking for someone who does not work from home, does not have pets (not a dealbreaker), and has a similar sleep schedule as me. I’m all about transparent communication and respect. In my free time I enjoy working out, trying new SD restaurants, yoga, & hanging out with friends. Anything else, just ask!
