Looking for one roommate to share apartment in Ellipse at Fairfax Corner. Available bedroom has a connected private bathroom. Apartment has a full kitchen and washer/dryer we can both use and share. There are some furnishings in the living room, dining room, and kitchen; your bedroom is unfurnished. Monthly utilities (water, gas, electric, internet) averages $200, which we will split. Within quick driving distance of George Mason University, NoVa Annandale campus, and Vienna metro station. Fairfax corner Shopping center and Fair oaks mall are both right down the road. There is a Costco and Walmart nearby or a Wegmans if you prefer a more high-end grocery store. Apartment complex/neighborhood is clean, safe and quiet. Looking for someone clean, respectful and mature.

If you decide to stay here after seeing the room and meeting me, then I can put you in contact with the leasing agency so you can apply. If they accept you, there is a $50 fee which I will reimburse. The lease runs through June 2024. Current incentive of the last month’s rent is free.

Just myself here now. Not a party guy or anything. I like to lift weights, rock-climb, swing-dance, and ski.
