Drew's room

I am looking for a roommate to get a house with in June when i move to the area. My budget for rent is $1600 and I need 2 bedrooms for myself (1 as a home office because i work remote full time) but ideally i’d like to not spend that much. So my plan is to rent a nice 3 bed house somewhere in Murfreesboro/Smyrna in the $1800 to $2200 range and pay 2/3rds of the rent for 2 of the bedrooms. I’m posting this now because I’d like to find a roommate before I move up and rent the house.

I’m Drew! I’m 26 and I have 2 cats that are very sweet and loving. I work full time from home so i’ll be around the house a lot but mostly just working and doing one of my hobbies which are reading, gaming, and watching tv shows. I also have been really getting into fitness and going to the gym so if you’re also into that it’s be cool but totally fine if not. Overall I’m pretty quiet and won’t bother you at all. I’m neat and organized and I don’t have any preferences on who you are or what you do as long as you can pay rent, are nice to my cats, and clean up after yourself.
