Private bedroom in the vines in a beautiful RiverPark community, walking distance to Collection shopping mall with WholeFoods, Target, movie theater, restaurants, etc (https://thecollectionrp.com). Room has a ceiling, peaceful sleep and privacy. Indoor laundry room with washer/dryer. Central AC, large kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Lots of extra storage space/cabinets. Shared bathroom is large, Room is for one person, unfurnished.

No pets. No smoking/vaping, no drugs of any kind including recreational drugs, no marijuana in any form, no edibles - inside and outside of home. Looking for a clean, quiet and responsible person. Students and foreign students are welcome to apply. Rent is $1100 plus including utilities and Wi-Fi. Plenty of free street parking. Long term preferred, lease is month to month. First month’s rent and $400 deposit to move in.

I am a serious, responsible person, I don’t smoke, I don’t drink, I don’t do drugs, I don’t party. I only have my son 2 days a week.
