1500 sqft, 4 bd & 2 bth. 3 dogs and a cat so no other animals please since we are at our max. 10 minutes away from Langley, 20 from NNS, 30 to NOB, 10 to Hampton University. Neighborhood is nice but surrounding areas can be sketchy. House is on a cul de sac with quiet and respectful neighbors. The largest non suite room is available for rent. There are two windows in the room so lots of natural light! Only downfall is the closet isn’t super big. Will have a shared bathroom with 1 person. The fourth room will be a guest room and guests can stay over with approval.

It’ll be myself and my cousin! I am 29 and in the Navy, my cousin is 21 and in college. Both are females. My husband is overseas and will be visiting in the summer and moving back the beginning of next year. Both of us are pretty quiet and like to keep clean. I usually chill in the living room with the dogs and my cousin floats between that and her room. Individual friends come over but we are not in the whole party scene or having a bunch of people over. Dogs are all 50lbs and above, they’re friendly but do bark when you first come in. We are working on it though! Cat is elderly and very sweet. Won’t have to worry about taking care of dogs or cat.

Looking for someone who is clean and quiet. Don’t mind people over sometimes but this will not be a party house. Proof of employment and paystub will be required. Military preferred.
