In the Priest Lake area, the house is about 25 to 30 minutes out from Downtown Nashville. You’d have the downstairs of the house: 25’x9’ bedroom which hopefully means plenty of space for you, your own bathroom, washer & dryer in the next room that we can happily share, fenced in backyard, and a garage that I’d let you use since it’s right next to your little suite. The kitchen is upstairs, but I keep it clean and cute (: still in the process of painting, that’s the only reason move-in won’t be until next month. And I hope you like wood panelling, because your bedroom is a 70s dream– fireplace and everything. Unfortunately the fireplace isn’t usable anymore, but still cute as hell. Up to you if you’d wanna keep it! The landlord said he can have it removed to add space if need be, but I’ll leave that up to whoever lives down there… I think it’s cool tho. Paint your bathroom however you want, or leave it as is. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom are yours to decorate however makes you happiest! PS my landlord does require us to turn in a credit report before moving in, so you can get that through this website for $10– he’d charge like $50 if he had to request it himself, so its a way better deal to get it on here Another PS, I checked unfurnished, but there’s a room upstairs filled with shelves, a coffee table, and a few dressers. If you’d want to use any of that, you’d be welcome to it!

I have FOUR cats, so it’s best not to have a cat allergy… I am so sorry…. They’re indoor cats, so they just smell like babies. They have their own room upstairs and can go there if you ever wanna use the living room without them. Seriously if they’re ever annoying you, let me know and I’ll put them in their room (: because trust me, I get it. You have a door downstairs, though, and can always lock them out if you need to.

I work 2 jobs, but love watching my comfort shows&movies with a cup of hot tea once I’m home. I love AvatarTLA, Adventure Time, Friday, Pride&Prejudice, anything that makes me happy. On the autistic spectrum, so I’m into keeping my space cozy & fun. I probably only have 3 friends that ever come over, so let me know what/who you’re comfortable being around and I’ll respect that!
