About the room
Room Available in an apartment building located 5 blocks away from the E and F trains and 3 blocks away from the LIRR. The building has an elevator and a laundry room on-site. Street parking only. Apartment is 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms, large living room area with a dining room, and a dishwasher. You would share one of the bathrooms.
Rent is for room only- please make sure to budget Electricity, Gas, Internet, Cleaning services (every 2 weeks), and shared necessities (paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc). We will need pay stubs, and previous landlord or roommate references.
About the roomies
A little about who you would be sharing the apartment with: Two professionals in our mid 20s and 30s. We are both open-minded and are very easy going. This apartment is LGBTQ friendly and overnight stays are completed fine with us. We are both covid-19 vaccinated and boosted.
What we expect from a roommate: looking for an individual who is chill and open-minded, is neat with shared spaces, and, is covid-19 vaccinated.
