Beautiful artsy vibe townhome in the Winterhaven area. Fully furnished townhome (1,350 sq ft) with carport, backyard and access to pool and hot tub. My employer has me 75% overnights or out-of-the country. Sleeping space is open for discussion - though absolutely a private full bathroom.
Many retireees live in complex so it’s imperative to maintain a peaceful abd quiet vibe. Internet included. The gas and electric are shared bills (should be very reasonable if roommate is careful of usage, like I am.)
There is a utility garage closet for extra storage.
