I have 2 and a half months remaining on my lease for a first floor 1-bedroom apartment at the Landings of Carrier Parkway Apartments at 915 Desco Ln, Grand Prairie, TX 75051. This apartment will be available for you on April 25 and the lease expires on July 14 so thats 2.5 months. Once your application is approved by the management and you can take over the lease for May, June and half of July, I’ll give you $900 via check/money order or whatever other method you like. Regular rent is about $1250+ fees for a total of $1350. With my discount your rent will be $1050/month for the 2 and a half months. After the lease expires, you can either either leave or sign a new lease at the rate offered by the Apartment management. This would be a good deal for anyone who wants to stay short-term and save money on rent for a few months and then leaves or extends the lease at the advertised rate. Application requirements from the apartment management are $75 application fee, proof of income for 2.5x rent, credit and background screen.
