About the room
I have a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment/townhome off New Hope Rd in Gastonia. I’m looking to rent the extra bedroom. Unfortunately there is no private bath, but I’m clean. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
I prefer a roommate with no animals. I am deathly allergic to cats. Little human visitors are quite welcome though!
My lease runs through March 2024, so I’m hoping to find someone compatible who is looking for a long term living arrangement.

I’m a 44 years old professional woman who is clean and orderly. I do smoke however.
I work full time Tuesday to Saturday and am home in the evenings from about 7 pm on. I’m seeking part time work, so will likely be home even less than that.
