Driveway parking and shared common areas. Restroom is shared with only one roommate.

2 roommates (two men) looking for one additional roommate who is ready to move in July 1st; we’re all in our low 20’s. I work at ORMC and pursuing a career with the sheriff’s office. My roommate runs his own business. We all work a lot (so we’re rarely home. When we are we maintain a drama free environment. We’re all mostly busy in our own lives but do have game nights and socialize when we have time. Ok with being friends with roommate, but with the understanding that responsibilities come first.
