For rent: two bedrooms, one bathroom and small living room located upstairs of a newer home. Your housemate’s bedroom and living area is on the main level. Short or long term leases welcome.

Shared spaces are on the main level and include kitchen, pantry, dining room, laundry room (brand new Maytag washer and dryer), half bathroom and backyard patio.

We are close to shopping, centrally located, minutes from I-205 and SR-500. 15 minutes to Portland International Airport and Downtown Vancouver.

The neighborhood is quiet and features a green space with horseshoe pits, disc golf and circuit training outdoor equipment.

I am a local professional renting my property to a retired active woman. I am looking for a responsible housemate who has stable income and values a clean, cozy and beautiful space to live.

My renter has a housekeeper that cleans the main level every two weeks (no extra charge to you). My renter does not use synthetic fragrances (glade plug in’s, Febreeze, etc.) bleach or other cleaning products that cause allergic reactions to her.

Smoking of any nature (cigarettes, pipes, bongs, vaping, etc.) is not allowed on premise (inside or outside). This is not a party house but it is a great place to relax and recharge!
