The house is < 1/5 mile from all amenities at 120th and Sheridan. It’s a very walkable location and is also easy access to RTD. The double private room with a semi-private en suite bath on the main floor is $800. The room is perfect for the early riser with an oversized east facing window.

Another much more private double room with en suite bath, fully furnished is in the basement for $950. It has a large west facing egress window with ample light and is newly remodeled with fresh paint and LVP flooring. It also comes fully furnished.

A maximum of 3 adults will reside. Each resident bedroom is on a separate floor, for added privacy.

The main floor kitchen and living space is shared. No couples, pets or cigarettes please.

About me, I’m a recent empty nester in my 50s looking to share a 5bd, 4ba 2500 sq. ft. home. I’m an early riser, early to bed type. Active, love plants, sunshine and colorful inspiration. My schedule is varied depending on the season, but I enjoy both traveling and spending chillax time at home. I like to share an occasional walk, meal, board game, movie or yoga session, though not required. Not a big partier. Entertain rarely. Good communicator. Not shy but tend toward introvert.
