You’ll be sharing the basement with one more person. Basement has 2 bedrooms/1 full bathroom (shared). Full size kitchen with all appliances. Very large backyard with creek on property. Large driveway. Can store motorcycle on property if needed. I have several Golden Retrievers, one live in cat upstairs and one lives outside. Dogs are friendly and on occasion there may be a litter of puppies. All utilities are included up to $150 a month, if you use excessive electricity /water you may need to pay difference. I like it cool in the summer and low warmth in the winter. I have heat pump and space heaters if needed. There’s also a fireplace downstairs. You can enter through front door but there’s a separate lower entrance as well. Large fenced yard and huge wooded area to walk or run. Fishing availability in creek. I envision you will be full time employee, stable and mature. Smoking allowed only outside. No butts on the ground! Non-drinker, quiet and respectful. I will be living upstairs where I share my space with my dogs. Background and credit check required $50.00. Deposit $600. I’m a full time remote worker and Golden Retriever dog mom. I’m home almost all the time with exception of some traveling. I live upstairs with my dogs. My dogs potty outside in the large fenced yard which we will share. I have a mowing service weekly.
