Rodney's room

This is a spare bedroom in a two bed two bath townhouse and located in a 55+ gated community. Accomodations include shared living room, kitchen, sun room, and patio. Individual must be respectful and organized/clean. Cleaning will be a shared responsibility. The condo is furnished. Bed room is offered furnished or unfurnished. The community includes an indoor pool and gym. No smoking and no pets. I am the owner, single male, easy going, and work full time outside the home. Individual will need to verify income and consent to credit check.
