Hi, I’m renting out a room in the apartment in Fort Lauderdale. Superb building close to downtown, entertainment and at the same time quiet and secure area. Building has pool, 24 h gym, buisness lounge, club room and many more. Room is partially furnished with full size bed. There is a closet in the room. if you want to add something, you are welcome to do so. Free parking is included. You would need to be added to the lease.

I’m the only person who lives in the apartment and I would prefer to find either student or young professional to move in. If you have any questions, you can contact me any time
