Boca Woods Drive

Howdy :) I currently live in a 4-bedroom rented home right next to the UCF Arboretum. One of the current roommates is planning to move out at the end of March, and we’re hoping to find someone to replace him here.

Rent is $575 per month plus utilities (usually about $125 per month of total utilities which includes all the essentials plus lawn care).

The available room is relatively small (I’ll have to measure dimensions when I get the chance). It is on the second floor and shares a bathroom with myself and the other 2nd floor roommate. We have a 2-car garage, spacious living room and kitchen, fenced-in back yard, community pool (need to get a new pool key from the HOA though), and half bathroom on the first floor.

I’m currently working in a psychology lab at UCF and a substance abuse clinic on the weekends to prepare for graduate school in clinical counseling psychology. Levi (the other roommate who has been here the 2nd longest) is very kind, handy around the house, and clean. Michael (newest current roommate) is super nice and easy to talk to.

The following are the things we look for in a roommate:

1: Be able to pay rent/utilities, and be responsible about doing so. Since we split the full rent of the house when signing on to the lease, we have to be able to depend on each other.

2: Be a good person. Don’t be a man-child, don’t be an asshole, just be the best you you can be.

3: Be reasonably clean. We don’t expect perfection, but just make sure you aren’t consistently making messes that impede the well-being of the rest of us.
