Hello, I have one bed room available for rent immediately in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Shared kitchen and living room and a VERY spacious master bedroom with private bathroom available. Looking for serious inquiries only and who will pay on time (rent due within the first 3 days of the month). $1,000 down payment (flexible upon agreement).

Extremely clean house, very calm and quite complex within a gated property.

Apartment is located in a dead end street, but will accommodate to using the downstairs garage for an additional $50 per month.

Central AC and heater, chimney, on-site laundry (designated day to wash; Thursdays).
