Looking for a roommate for private room in a spacious 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom 2nd floor apartment. The room has 2 closets and a bathroom in the hall that is only shared with guests, the occupied bedroom has an attached private bathroom as well. The living room and dining room are fully furnished and spacious with lots of natural light, and there’s a big kitchen, laundry room, and balcony too.

The apartment is in the quiet hillside Millview Apartments community which has a clubhouse with gym and computer facilities as well as a pool. The community has its own private security patrol, maintenance is great and neighbors are respectful. The area is quite peaceful to live in and close to train stations for commute or travel.

Hi my name is Deanna and I’m 30 years old. I’ve been a school counselor at an elementary school in Philadelphia for 5 years now, and I love my job and my students (they’re worth the commute). I am a big nerd, I like to relax, read, go to RenFaire or conventions, and spend time with friends. I also love to play Dungeons and Dragons and board games. Since my job can be so busy and chaotic during the day, I often like to just chill when I get home and mostly keep to myself.

I have two cats who are absolutely adorable and sweet, sometimes my friends come over just to spend time with them and I don’t blame them. Their names are Kore and Melody, Kore is a black cat with extra toes and Melody is a sassy little tortie who has Wobby Cat Syndrome (it doesn’t slow her down at all). Any potential roommate must love cats as they have an iron grip on my heart.
